Cancellation Policy
1. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a service or reservation. In such cases, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. 2. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or reservation, there will be no refund provided. This applies to both full and partial cancellations. 3. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service or reservation will be eligible for a full refund. 5. In the event of a no-show or failure to inform us of a cancellation, no refund will be provided. 6. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official cancellation form. 7. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. 8. We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Please note that certain services or reservations may have specific cancellation policies and fees that override the general cancellation policy stated above. It is advisable to review the terms and conditions related to your specific service or reservation for any additional information.
