This is a space where you can come exactly as you are. You don’t need the right words. You don’t need a plan. You don’t need to be “okay.” This isn’t therapy or treatment—it’s simply a supportive, grounding conversation with someone who will meet you where you are and listen. We’ll go at your pace. Some days that means talking. Other days it means sitting quietly, breathing, or just letting things settle. I may offer gentle grounding, reflection, or conversation if it feels helpful, but you always get to choose what we focus on and how deep we go. I work from the HECC principles—Humility, Evaluation, Choice, and Commitment. That means I don’t come in to fix you or tell you what to do. I’m here to walk beside you with respect and care, to help you slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with your own strength. Think of it like meeting over tea or coffee. A pause in your day. A place where you can exhale, feel supported, and take one small step forward. You don’t have to carry everything alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to show up. These sessions are non-clinical support conversations. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional. This offering does not replace professional mental health care.

1. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a service or reservation. In such cases, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. 2. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or reservation, there will be no refund provided. This applies to both full and partial cancellations. 3. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service or reservation will be eligible for a full refund. 5. In the event of a no-show or failure to inform us of a cancellation, no refund will be provided. 6. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official cancellation form. 7. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. 8. We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Please note that certain services or reservations may have specific cancellation policies and fees that override the general cancellation policy stated above. It is advisable to review the terms and conditions related to your specific service or reservation for any additional information. By availing our services or making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our cancellation policy.
