Stillness & Breath “Step out of the noise and into the present.” This session is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need any experience with meditation, and there’s no pressure to do it “right.” This is simply a calm, guided space to breathe, pause, and let your body and mind settle. I’ll gently guide you through breathing, awareness, and grounding practices, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You’re in control the entire time—you can sit, lie down, keep your eyes open, or take a break whenever you need. This isn’t about emptying your mind; it’s about giving yourself permission to be here. These sessions are rooted in the HECC principles—Humility, Evaluation, Choice, and Commitment. We listen to what your body needs, choose what feels supportive, and honor where you are in the moment. My role is to offer steady, calm guidance while you create space for stillness. Think of this as a quiet pause in your day—like stepping outside for fresh air or sitting with a warm cup of tea or coffee. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, centered, and gently reconnected to yourself. This is a non-clinical guided meditation session. I am not a licensed medical or mental health professional. This session does not replace professional care.

1. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a service or reservation. In such cases, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. 2. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or reservation, there will be no refund provided. This applies to both full and partial cancellations. 3. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service or reservation will be eligible for a full refund. 5. In the event of a no-show or failure to inform us of a cancellation, no refund will be provided. 6. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official cancellation form. 7. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. 8. We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Please note that certain services or reservations may have specific cancellation policies and fees that override the general cancellation policy stated above. It is advisable to review the terms and conditions related to your specific service or reservation for any additional information. By availing our services or making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our cancellation policy.
