Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service or reservation will be eligible for a full refund. 5. In the event of a no-show or failure to inform us of a cancellation, no refund will be provided. 6. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official cancellation form. 7. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. 8. We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
