Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or reservation, there will be no refund provided. This applies to both full and partial cancellations. 3. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service or reservation will be eligible for a full refund. 5. In the event of a no-show or failure to inform us of a cancellation, no refund will be provided. 6. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official cancellation form. 7. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. 8. We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
